Q: I’m receiving an error message that my registration did not go through.

 

A: Your registration possibly went through even though you didn’t receive a “success” message. Due to a high level of usage in the system in an organization or ahead of larger events, the confirmation page sometimes skips. Please try to login at https://secure.injurefree.app/#login before contacting support. If you’re able to login, your registration has processed.

 

Q: A registration email from InjureFree says my email address is already in use and I need to provide a second email.

 

A: Please contact the InjureFree Support team via email at support@injurefree.app and include the following information:

    • Athlete’s full name
    • Athlete’s team name
    • An alternate email for InjureFree Support to use if needed

 

Q: Which of my phone numbers should I use?

 

A: If your organization is utilizing the COVID-19 Symptom Monitoring feature, you must use a mobile phone number. The Symptom Monitoring tool sends daily morning text messages that will not get delivered unless you’re using a mobile phone, which could result in your youth athlete not receiving an on-time cleared status. Because of the utility of this feature during the on-going pandemic as it relates to mitigating the spread of coronavirus, we strongly recommend that you use your mobile number as your primary phone contact number.

 

Q: My Symptom Monitoring-COVID-19+MDBox text or email hasn’t been received yet, but I registered in InjureFree.

 

A: Enrollment in Symptom Monitoring for COVID-19 is a 2-step process. First, you must complete registration on the InjureFree platform. There is then a 1-day delay in Symptom Monitoring text prompts. If you have not yet, when you receive the registration email, please complete your InjureFree profile for your athlete ASAP once you get it. This ensures prompt Symptom Monitoring deployment the following morning.

 

Q: I’m receiving error messages that my youth athlete’s Date of Birth is wrong.

 

A: For inaccurate profile information like Date of Birth or otherwise, please contact the InjureFree Support team via email at support@injurefree.app and include the following information:

    • Athlete’s full name
    • Athlete’s team name
    • Correct Date of Birth

 

Q: I’m currently enrolled in the daily Symptom Monitoring for COVID-19 feature, but I am no longer participating in my upcoming event. How can I turn off the daily text messages?

 

A: To unenroll in InjureFree COVID-19 Symptom Monitoring, select the link in your text message. On the bottom right-hand side, select ‘Manage account enrolled’. You will then be able to unenroll yourself from daily COVID-19 Symptom Monitoring.
